[ - ] Any bankruptcy professional required to serve notice in a U.S. Bankruptcy Court proceeding may use this service.
[ + ] Can I send documents other than bankruptcy notices?
[ - ] Not at this time.
[ + ] Can I send color documents?
[ - ] Color documents will be printed in gray scale. The quality of the image cannot be guaranteed so it is best not to submit color graphics.
[ + ] Are there any restrictions on the size of the document or recipient count?
[ - ] There are no restrictions on the number of pages to be printed or the number of recipients. There is a 12 MB limit on PDF and address list file size. See "Tips on Creating PDF Files" in the help section if you are having a problem. After your documents have been uploaded and prior to payment, please verify that the number of pages we computed matches your expectation.
[ + ] How much does the service cost?
[ - ] The service is $0.07 per page plus regular USPS first class postage rates. If NoticingCenter.com retrieves the address from PACER for you, then an additional $.50 applies. Custom Certificates of Service templates are $100.00 with the first one free.
[ + ] Our district has custom certificate of service layouts. Can you accommodate that?
[ - ] To obtain a custom certificate of service template for use with all your notices, send a support request to support@noticingcenter.com requesting a district specific certificate of service layout. We have templates for many districts already, but if you attach a copy of what you would like, it will accelerate the process of getting it set up.
[ + ] What does the standard Certificate of Service look like?
[ - ] The standard certificate of service contains:
- a copy of the notice,
- the recipient list with a signed affidavit,
- a list of the recipients receiving a Notice of Electronic (NEF) filing from CM/ECF if applicable.
The copy of the notice may appear ahead of the service list or after depending upon court preference which we have stored. Click here for a sample certificate of service.
[ + ] When can I get a Certificate of Service?
[ - ] Your Certificate of Service will appear in your account/reports section at midnight on the mail date.
[ + ] My upload is showing an error. What should I do?
[ - ] If your file is in error, click on the word "error" to view the message. Either your PDF file or your address list has a problem. Remove the pending notice in error, correct the issue and upload it again. If the problem persists, contact The Noticing Center.
[ + ] How long does it take from my upload until a notices is mailed?
[ - ] Mailing is done Wednesday through Saturday except in weeks with federal holidays. You may upload and pay for documents until 9:00 PM ET for next day mailing. Login and check the dates on the "Upload" page to view the next mail date..
[ + ] What security measures are in place at the Noticing Center?
[ - ] BAE Systems' Noticing Center is equipped with modern network protections and we follow a security plan based upon the NIST-800-53 specification. This includes:
- Firewalls equipped with Intrusion Detection Systems,
- Access controls that compartmentalize functions on a need to know basis,
- Background checks on all employees,
- Physical access controls on processing and printing facilities,
- SSL Link enrcryption (HTTPS) with the highest level of authentication certificate from Norton using EV SSL Certificates.
